Connecting a form to other tools

Webhooks post a JSON payload to any URL you control. Slack and Discord post a message in a channel. Google Sheets, Notion and Airtable append a row or a page.

All of them are on the free plan. See the feature list for what else the free plan covers.

Typical uses: the lead generation form template sending each lead to a Slack channel, the job application form template adding a row to Airtable, or the enquiry form template opening a ticket through a webhook.

If a tool is not in the list above, Zapier, Make or n8n probably reaches it. They all take a webhook trigger, so the setup is the same: copy the URL they give you, paste it into a webhook integration in PulseFormCreator, and send a test response.

If you are moving from another form builder, webhook payload shapes differ between products. Re-test anything downstream after you import. The Tally switching guide lists this as a step.

An email to you on every response is free. A confirmation email to the respondent, with a copy of their answers, is on PulseFormCreator Pro, along with setting the sender name, reply-to address, subject and message.

Notification emails count against the published fair use thresholds, so a form that emails several people per response uses the allowance faster.

There is no public API, no PDF export, and no way to send notification email from your own domain. If any of these is a requirement, check the comparison with Tally, which lists every row where Tally is ahead, before you choose.
