Custom domains for forms and email
Two settings on Pro, both under Account, then Domains: a form domain for your links, and an email sender for the emails your forms send. Each takes a few DNS records, added once.

Put your forms on your own domain
- In your account, open Domains and press Manage domains.
- Under Form domain, type the address you want, such as forms.yourcompany.com, and press Add domain. A subdomain works best; a bare domain such as yourcompany.com sends your whole site here.
- At your DNS provider, create the record the page shows: a CNAME for a subdomain, or an A record for a bare domain, plus a TXT record if it asks you to prove you own the domain. Each value has a copy button.
- Wait for Connected. The page checks again every 30 seconds while it is open, and Check now checks straight away.
Your forms then open at your domain, such as forms.yourcompany.com followed by the form's link, over HTTPS. Only your forms open there. Show at picks what the bare address shows: one of your forms, such as your rental application form on apply.youragency.com, or a "not found" page. An account can connect up to 5 domains.
The status reads Not connected yet or Waiting for DNS until the records are found, and Needs attention if something is wrong, with a note saying what. Remove stops the links on that domain straight away; your forms stay on their PulseFormCreator links.
Send emails from your own address
Under Email sender on the same page, Sender name sets the From name on your new-response emails and respondent confirmations. A confirmation's own sender name still wins.
To send from your own address, go to Send from your domain, type the address and domain, and press Set up domain. Add the three DNS records it shows, then check them. Once the status reads Verified, your emails come from that address; until then they come from ours. From then on, the confirmation a new client gets after your client intake form comes from your own address.
Plans
Both are on Pro and Business. If the paid plan ends, links on your domain stop working and your forms stay on their PulseFormCreator links. The domain stays in your account, so it works again when you upgrade. Billing questions lists what else changes.
