How to move from Jotform

There is no Jotform importer, so each form is rebuilt; the only importer here reads Tally forms. AI drafting does most of the typing.

  1. Download your submissions first. Jotform exports them as CSV, Excel or PDF (Jotform’s export page (opens in a new tab)). They are not imported here, so keep the files.
  2. Paste the field list into AI drafting. Copy the labels and options from the form, paste them into AI drafting (up to 2,000 characters) and ask it to keep your wording. The first questions appear within a few seconds.
  3. Add what AI drafting leaves out. It does not draft file-upload or picture-choice fields, and it keeps choice lists to six options or fewer, so add those by hand; in the list below, that is the resume upload. Logic, calculations and endings go in as cards in the canvas. How logic and scoring work. A form this size takes a few minutes to check; one with a lot of logic takes longer, because each rule is rebuilt by hand.
  4. Replace any payment step. Payments are not available here, so point the ending screen at your own checkout page.
  5. Swap the embed and test. Copy the snippet from the Share tab (8 styles), send one test response, then take the Jotform form down.

How many submissions can I collect on the free plan?
As many as you need. PulseFormCreator’s free plan has no monthly submission counter; the published fair use thresholds start at 50,000 responses a month. Jotform’s free plan allows 100 submissions a month and stores 500 in total, according to its pricing page.
Does PulseFormCreator count form views or fields?
Neither. Views are not counted on any plan, and one form can hold up to 500 blocks. Jotform’s free plan counts 10,000 form views a month and allows 100 fields per form.
Can I take payments like I do in Jotform?
No. Payments are not available on any plan. The order form template works out a total, and the ending screen can send people on to your own checkout. If card payments inside the form matter to you, Jotform is the better choice.
Is PulseFormCreator HIPAA compliant?
No, and we make no HIPAA claim. If you collect US protected health information, use a product that offers HIPAA features, such as Jotform on its Gold or Enterprise plan.
Can I import my Jotform forms?
Not directly: there is no Jotform importer, and the importer we have reads Tally forms only. Download your Jotform submissions first, then paste the form’s fields into AI drafting, which takes up to 2,000 characters, and add what it leaves out. The steps are on this page.
What does it cost to remove the branding?
US$20.99 a month on Pro, or US$215.88 a year, and it covers your forms, polls and the emails your respondents get. The cheapest Jotform plan without its branding is Bronze, at US$39 a month or US$408 a year. Both free plans carry the maker’s badge.
