What’s inside the quote request form template

This quote request form gathers what you need to price a job the first time: what the customer wants, files or plans, the site address for on-site work, budget, deadline and how flexible it is. It uses the customer's name in the questions and asks one at a time.

Can the form generate a quote automatically?

It can show an estimate. Use a calculation to work out a figure and show it on the thank-you screen, or send the answers to your quoting tool with Zapier or Make.
