- You run the same form or survey every month and do not want it to stop part-way.

- You want the maker’s badge gone on the first paid plan rather than the second.
When Typeform is a better fit
- You want Typeform’s animation and visual polish.
- You depend on a large native integration marketplace.
- Your site already has Typeform embeds that you do not want to replace.
- Your team already relies on Typeform’s paid features.

What happens when a monthly allowance runs out
Typeform's free plan allows unlimited typeforms and unlimited questions, and resets a response allowance every month. We do not quote the number: on typeform.com/pricing (checked 18 September 2026) the Free and Basic tiers show the same figure, which cannot both be right, and the help-centre article that used to settle it no longer loads for us. Open the page and read it yourself. Typeform stops accepting responses when the month's allowance runs out. PulseFormCreator has no monthly ceiling beyond the published fair use thresholds. The editor on this page opens without an account, so you can rebuild a form and test it before you decide to switch.
Where Typeform is the better choice
If the look of the form is the point, with Typeform's animation, transitions and visual polish, stay with Typeform. PulseFormCreator has a one-question-at-a-time layout too, with plainer transitions. A large native integration marketplace is the other reason to stay.
What you keep when you switch
Everything below is on the PulseFormCreator free plan.
- ✓ AI question drafting (on the free plan)
- ✓ CSV and Excel export (on the free plan)
- ✓ A layout built for phones
- ✓ Anonymous mode
- ✓ A shareable link
- ✓ QR code
- ✓ 8 embed styles
Forms as well as surveys
Many people who search for a Typeform alternative want a contact form on a website, a registration form for an event, an enquiry form or a job application form. Typeform is used for forms and for surveys, and so is PulseFormCreator: address, phone, date, file upload and signature questions are all on the free plan, alongside the rating, NPS and matrix questions you would use in a survey.
Start from a ready-made contact form template or registration form template, or browse the whole form and survey template library. One limit matters on form work: PulseFormCreator cannot take a payment, so paid registrations and order payments need your own checkout or ticketing link. You can send people to it from the confirmation screen.
