What "unlimited" means: the fair use policy
Every plan has unlimited forms and responses. These are the published thresholds behind that word, and what happens if you pass them.

The numbers
- 50,000 responses a month across your account.
- 100 GB of file uploads a month, and 500 GB stored in total.
- 50,000 notification emails a month.
These apply to every plan, free included.
What happens if you go over
A one-off spike is fine. A campaign, a conference, or an event registration form template that fills faster than expected is what the headroom is for. If your account stays above a threshold for several months in a row, we email you to work out a plan that fits. We do not stop collecting responses without telling you, and you can still export your data while we talk.
Why we publish numbers
You cannot plan against "unlimited" unless you know where the limit is. These are the same thresholds Tally publishes, so you can compare the two directly in the PulseFormCreator and Tally comparison.
File uploads are the threshold most accounts reach first. A job application form template collecting a CV from every applicant uses storage much faster than a contact form template does. The pricing page repeats the thresholds next to the plans.
