What’s inside the contact form template

This contact form template gives your website a short way to receive messages: name, email, topic, message and an optional file. Choose "Help with an order or account" and it asks for a reference number. A hidden honeypot field and a minimum completion time are already on, and each message can go to your inbox or a Slack channel.

Questions about this template

How do I add the contact form to my website?

Publish it, open the Share tab, copy an embed snippet and paste it into your page. Styles include inline, pop-up, slider and side tab. If you would rather not embed, link to the hosted form.

Does it work on Wix, Squarespace, Shopify or WordPress?

Yes, anywhere you can paste an HTML snippet. The embed is a small script and an iframe. There is no WordPress plugin or app-store listing, so you paste the snippet into a code or embed block.

How does the spam protection work?

Every form has a hidden honeypot field that people never see and bots fill in. Those submissions are dropped. This template also rejects anything sent faster than a person could fill it in. You can change the minimum time in Settings and turn on duplicate prevention to stop repeat messages.

Where do messages go?

Every message is saved in your PulseFormCreator dashboard. Turn on "Email me" to get each one in your inbox, or send them to Slack, Discord or a webhook. Messages are not routed to different inboxes by topic, so use a shared address or a Slack channel when several people reply.

Can I take a payment through the contact form?

No. PulseFormCreator has no payment question, so the form cannot charge a card or take a deposit. Put your bank details or a link to your payment page on the thank-you screen.
