What this form asks, and why

What we left out
- Carbon copies. Paper sheets print copies for the supplier, the coordinator and the seller. Every order is already in your responses.
- The seller’s home address. Some supplier sheets ask it. Products go to the school or club, so the seller’s class or team is enough.
- A paid column. Paper sheets keep one per customer. Supporters ordering online choose how they will pay instead.

Most people see a shorter form. These questions and screens only appear when an answer calls for them.

Give every seller their own link
Add ?seller=Ava Nguyen&class=3B to each seller’s link. Their name is filled in and the class is saved with every order.

Close on your order deadline
Set a close time under Settings → Schedule, so the supplier order goes in on time.

Stop at what you can supply
Set Settings → Limit responses if stock is capped. Late supporters see “We have sold everything we can supply.”
Questions about this template
Can supporters pay online through the form?
No. PulseFormCreator does not take payments. The form adds up the order, then the thank-you screen gives your group’s bank details or payment link, or tells cash payers what to have ready.
How do I see what each seller sold?
Every order carries the seller’s name. Export or connect Google Sheets and sort by seller for prizes and hand-out bags.
Can a seller enter orders taken in person?
Pick “Seller’s order sheet” above the preview: the customer’s name and phone, what they ordered and whether they have paid, one customer per form.
Can people donate without buying anything?
Yes. Leave every item at zero and enter a donation; the total is the donation.
