Make it yours

  2. Match your price list

    Change the sizes and flavours, then the numbers in the “Starting price” rules under the size question.

  3. Get each order by email

    In the Connect tab, turn on Email me. It is free and off until you switch it on.

Good practice and the law

Questions about this template

Can customers pay the deposit on the form?

No. PulseFormCreator does not take payments. You confirm the price first, and the thank-you screen explains the deposit with your bank details or payment link.

Is the price on the thank-you screen final?

It is a starting price from the size, flavour and delivery. You quote the decoration and confirm by email.

What happens when someone picks Wedding?

The form ends there, before any cake questions, with your booking link and phone number. Tiered cakes need a tasting and a conversation.

How do I ask for a week’s notice?

A date question takes a fixed earliest date, not a number of days ahead, so the notice goes in the intro and the date question’s description. Decline late requests when you reply.
