Share a form: links, embeds, QR codes and pop-ups

Publishing gives you a short link. The Share tab also generates a QR code as PNG or SVG, which suits a table card, a receipt or a slide. An event registration form template on a poster is a typical use.

Hidden fields go on the end of the link as normal query parameters, so the same form can carry different context from different places.

Inline sits in the page. Full page fills it. Pop-up, slider, popover, side tab, chat bubble and feedback button float over your site and open on a click, a delay or a scroll.

Copy the snippet from the Share tab and paste it into your page. The embed resizes itself, so you do not have to set a height. Inline suits a contact form template on a contact page. A pop-up suits a newsletter signup form template. Embedding a form on your website has the step-by-step version.

• Password. One password for the whole form.
• Open and close dates. The form opens and closes on the dates you set.
• Response limit. Closes after a set number of answers.
• Duplicate prevention. Stops a second response from the same person.
• Spam protection. A hidden honeypot field and an optional minimum completion time.
