PulseFormCreator status

This page is not live monitoring. PulseFormCreator does not run an automated status dashboard, so nothing here updates by itself. We edit this page by hand when there is an incident that affects forms, responses or sign-in, and we note it below with the date.

Incidents

No incidents have been recorded on this page since launch on 27 May 2026. The absence of a notice means we have not posted one. It is not a measurement of uptime.

Report an outage

If a form will not load, responses are not arriving or you cannot sign in, tell us through the contact page. Include the address you were on, the time it happened and a screenshot if you have one. We reply within one business day, and sooner when response collection is affected.

Check the services we depend on

PulseFormCreator runs on Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database and sign-in), SendGrid (email) and OpenAI (AI drafting only). If one of them has an outage, the feature that uses it is affected. Each publishes its own live status:

• Vercel status

• SendGrid status
• OpenAI status

Maintenance

We do not schedule downtime. Deploys and database upgrades normally run without interrupting the service. If one ever needs a maintenance window, we will post it here and email the owners of forms with active links.
