This event feedback survey collects attendee opinions while the event is fresh. Guests rate the event, content, speakers and organisation, then answer a venue or stream question depending on how they attended. It finishes with NPS, topic ideas and an opt-in for the next event. Questions about this template

When should I send an event survey?

Within 24 hours. Show the QR code at the close and email the link the next morning.

Is an event feedback form different from an event feedback survey?

No. The two names describe the same thing: a short set of ratings and open questions sent after the event. This template works as either.

How many questions should an event survey have?

About ten is enough for most events. In this template each guest sees either the venue question or the stream question, and the email question only appears if they want to hear about the next event.
