Signing in with an email code
There are no passwords. Type your email, we send a one-time code, and you type the code in. The same code creates your account the first time. If it does not arrive, work down the checklist below.

How signing in works
- Go to the sign-in page, type your Email address and press Send my sign-in code.
- Open the email. Its subject starts with the code, followed by "is your PulseFormCreator sign-in code".
- Type or paste the code and press Verify and sign in.
The code works for an hour. The email holds only the code, with no link to click, so mail filters that open links cannot use it up before you do. Saving a form from the editor works the same way: Save, Send sign-in code, then Verify and save. There is no password and no Google sign-in.
The code did not arrive
- Wait a minute, then check spam, junk and any Promotions or Updates tab. Search your inbox for "sign-in code".
- Check the address. A typo sends the code somewhere else. Press Use a different email to fix it.
- Press resend the code. Use the code from the newest email; an older one may no longer work.
- Asked many times? Each address can ask for up to five codes an hour, and the page looks the same when you are over, so wait an hour before you try again.
- At work? Some company mail filters hold messages that contain codes. Ask your IT team to allow email from PulseFormCreator, or use another address.
- Still nothing? Contact us with the address you used.
The code does not work
If the page says "That code didn't work", check the digits, or ask for a new code if the hour has passed. Spaces and dashes are ignored, so pasting the code straight from the email is fine.
Changing your email, and signing out
To move your account to a new address, change it in your account settings: we send a code to the new address to confirm it. Sign out is in your account menu. To delete your account with every form and response, see delete your data.
